RBF wins best music video for 2009 (Ding Dong ‘Holiday’) and gets in the gleaner
Wow! It was with great pleasure that we accepted this award, well to be honest we weren’t there but Ding Dong accepted it on behalf of us. The Road Block! Films team has been very humbled and extremely appreciative of everyone who has supported us and are happy we could be a part of this project from inception. So a HUGE thank you goes out to all who made this possible, God bless you all and stick with us as we try and do it again in 2010.

Ras Penco – ‘Most High’ [Official Video]
Shooting this video was definitely an experience, as it almost always is going to locations you’ve never filmed before, the rain never gave us more than 20 minutes of camera rolling time for the 2 outdoor performance’s so we made the best of it quickly. As usual biggups to UTH Music for forwarding this job to us, and nuff respect to Ras Penco who’s a cool, humble, down to earth kinda person.

There’s actually two versions of this video, a storyline version which we liked but was dropped in preference for the more cutaway live performance shot version, so stay tuned because we’re gonna let you have a peek at the other version soon!

Richie Spice – Street Life [Pre Release]

This passing week the ‘Tele-Kinetic Pictures’ team had sealed the deal and began shooting the video (Richie Spice – Street Life).
The pre-production has successfully been finished as of yesterday, and the post production work has begun. We will be updating this post on the blog, as soon as the behind the scenes pics and video have been sent over from our capture team.
UPDATE:
We haven’t got our hands on the behind the scenes footage as yet (we didn’t shoot our own behind the scenes this time around bcoz we were short staffed on this day), but rest assured that as soon as we receive it, we’ll be updating this post again.
In the meantime here’s a random pic of Richie that has been illustrated by our design artist:
